Performance figures — in particular the figure of "40–43% per investment cycle (1.5–2 years)" — reflect actual or projected results of specific Inversa Development construction and development projects, based on internal project analysis. These figures are not annualised financial returns and do not correspond to standard methods for calculating the yield of securities or collective investment schemes. Past results of specific projects do not guarantee equivalent results in future projects. An investment cycle encompasses the construction, sales, and project completion period; actual timescales may differ from projections.

Clause 3

Registration Status. CNMV

Inversa Development is a private real estate development and sales company. Participation in the company's projects is effected exclusively through private bilateral contracts entered into directly with investors following an individual verification procedure. Inversa Development is not registered as a collective investment institution under Ley 35/2003, does not hold a licence as a crowdfunding financing service provider under Ley 5/2015, and is not an empresa de servicios de inversión (investment services firm) under Spanish law. The company's investment-related activities are not supervised by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) in any of the foregoing capacities.

Clause 4

Jurisdiction. Governing Law

All investment relations between Inversa Development and investors are governed by Spanish law. Disputes arising in connection with investment agreements shall be resolved by the courts at the company's registered seat — Alicante, Spain — unless an individual investment agreement expressly provides for an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Prior to making any investment decision, investors are strongly advised to obtain independent legal, tax, and financial advice taking into account their personal circumstances, country of tax residence, and applicable legislation.

Right to Update. Not a Public Offer

The information published on this website does not constitute a "public offer" (oferta pública) within the meaning of Spanish securities legislation. Inversa Development reserves the right to update, amend, or remove information from the website at any time without prior notice. When taking an investment decision, investors must rely solely on the terms of the contractual documentation signed directly at the point of transaction, and not on information published on this website.
