Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact form data: name, email address, phone number, area of interest, investment volume range, message.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics 4, G-6V3C37Y2VF): anonymised IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referral source. Full IP addresses are not stored.
• Security data (Cloudflare Turnstile): browser technical signals used for bot protection when you submit the contact form.

Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for the period necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to fulfil pre-contractual or contractual obligations. Google Analytics 4 data is retained for a maximum of 14 months. Cloudflare logs are retained in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Recipients (Sub-processors)

We share personal data with the following third parties solely for the stated purposes:

• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery service. Stores sender and recipient details for the notification email.
• Google LLC / Google Sheets — lead storage in a spreadsheet (where configured). Google Analytics 4 (G-6V3C37Y2VF) — anonymised analytics. Data may be transferred to the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and bot protection (Turnstile). Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — obtain confirmation of whether your data is processed and a copy of that data.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR.
• Restriction — request restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Art. 18 GDPR.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Complaint to AEPD — if you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
