Data Collected

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact form data: name, email address, telephone number, project interest, investment volume, message.
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics 4, G-6V3C37Y2VF): anonymised IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referral source. Full IP addresses are not stored.
  • Security data (Cloudflare Turnstile): technical browser data for bot protection when submitting the form.

Section 4

Data Retention Periods

Data obtained through the contact form will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and, where applicable, to fulfil pre-contractual or contractual obligations. Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for a maximum of 14 months. Cloudflare logs are retained in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). On expiry of the applicable retention periods, data will be deleted or anonymised.

Section 5

Recipients of Data (Sub-processors)

We share personal data with the following third parties solely within the scope of the purposes listed above:

  • Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery service. Stores sender and recipient data.
  • Google LLC / Google Sheets — storage of form submissions in a spreadsheet (where configured). Google Analytics 4 (G-6V3C37Y2VF) — analytics with anonymised IP. Data may be transferred to the USA under EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and bot protection (Turnstile). Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Section 6

Rights of Data Subjects

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain confirmation as to whether your data is being processed and a copy of that data.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of data where the grounds in Art. 17 GDPR are met.
  • Restriction of processing — request restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Art. 18 GDPR.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with the AEPD — if you consider that your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
