€10,000A reservation fee secures your chosen apartment and removes it from active marketing. This amount is credited against the purchase price.

Private purchase contract
30% of purchase priceUpon signing the private purchase contract (contrato de arras or contrato de compraventa), 30% of the agreed price is payable. The €10,000 reservation deposit is applied to this payment.

Notarial completion (escritura)
Remaining 70%The remaining balance (70% of the purchase price minus the reservation deposit) is paid at the notary upon signing the public deed of sale. Title passes at this point. ITP and notarial fees are also settled at this stage.

Mortgage financing
